General Terms of Trade

In general terms

A purchase is obliging 14 days after receiving the goods. If an article is not available we arn`t obliges to supply. But normaly we are able to deliver a product of the same value. Before doing so we would ask for your consent.

Ordering

Y` ve three possibilities to order: by postcard, by fax or E-mail.

Right to check and right to return

You have the right to return (not in case of made-in-order) without giving a reason within 14 working days after receiving the goods. You meet the deadline if you send back the article just in time. Do not forget franking. Please send back the unused article in perfect condition by using the original packing. In this case please choose the most inexpensive mail order. All returns are to be stamped. Unstamped returns we could not exept. C.O.D. parcels will be reimbursed. Mailcosts are to be paid at any rate by the customer.

Easy Payment

We only accept pre-paid orders or Cash-On-Delivery (C.O.D.) orders.

Pre-paid Orders (this is the cheapest way):

You transfer the correct amount (items ordered plus delivery costs) to our bank account at the Berlin Commerzbank, Bank Sort Code (BLZ): 100 400 00, Account Number: 14 77 957. As soon as we have received payment, we sent you your order.

C.O.D. Orders:

We send you your order as soon as we receive it. However, you should be aware that C.O.D. orders mean extra costs for you. In addition to the items ordered and delivery costs, you also pay the following:
1) 1.53 Euro fees charged by the German Postal Service for delivery and transfer costs.
2) 4.00 Euro C.O.D. fees.

Credit balance from prepayments or returns will be paid back to the customer. The items involved remain our property until the matter has been fully resolved.

According to the law for purchases through mail order businesses, you have the right to cancel your order.
You are entitled to cancel your order with us at no cost. If the items you ordered are worth more than 40.00 Euro, we will pay for the return fees (but we cannot assume the costs for specials or express deliveries).
Orders for custom made items or items that are unsuitable for return may not be cancelled.
To cancel an order, you must inform us either in writing or by returning the items within two weeks; you do not have to explain or justify your cancellation. Your cancellation must be postmarked within this two-week deadline. The time period begins when you receive your order, since we inform you of your right to cancel at this time. Please include a copy of the bill or the original. In order to avoid unnecessary costs, please do not return items without paying the postage; include a copy of the receipt for the return costs and we will reimburse you. Please include the name of your bank (including its sorting code) and your bank account number, so that we can transfer the purchase price to you and, if it applies, the return postage. Special returns (express mail, C.O.D.) will not be accepted.


Guarantee

You must report obvious defects or damage during delivery to us immediately in writing within 10 days of receiving your order. You must report those delivery damages that could be expected on the basis of a damaged package immediately to the delivery service, as the delivery service otherwise will not cover the damages. If necessary, you should refuse to accept damaged packages.


Postage and Packaging
The delivery costs depend on the weight of the items and are calculated as follows:

If you order items weighing more than 20 kg, we will calculate the actually costs for you.
C.O.D. fees: 4.00 Euro
We deliver orders for more than 250.00 Euro free of charge.
With partial deliveries, we of course only charge you for what you actually received.


Outside of Germany

For orders outside of Germany, the postage and packaging fees we charge represent the actual postage costs for the delivery service used. We select form of delivery that is best for the customers. For deliveries outside of Germany, we only accept pre-paid orders. The customer pays charges for transferring the money.
